RETURNS
Please be aware that made to order/custom, sale items and earrings are NOT eligible for return.
We are sure you will love your Boho Rose purchase, but should you want to return an item (with the exception of items noted above) please send back within 14 days of receipt for exchange or store credit only. Shipping costs are not refundable. Items will be accepted back only if in an unused condition with tags attached.
- Customer is responsible for return p&p
- Customer is responsible for exchange p&p
- Return refusal - if an item arrives back to us with signs of wear or damage, is an item listed as non-returnable above or arrives outside of the 14 day window it will be returned to you.
- Crinkle is a delicate fabric - please closely follow instructions on care label and on garment care section of this site. Returns for any faults that occur through washing and wear will not be accepted

- Free standard shipping on orders £150 and over!
- Standard: Royal Mail 1st class signed. Arrival 1-3 working days from shipping date
- Next Day: Royal mail. Arrival day after purchase on orders made before 2pm.
- Saturday Guaranteed; Royal Mail. Items purchased on or before Friday 1pm will arrive Saturday by 1pm.
- DHL Next day also available.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (including Ireland)
- Free tracked airmail on orders £200 and over!
- Tracked Airmail: Royal Mail tracked Airsure/International signed. Arrival approx. 5-12 working days from shipping date.
- DPD Tracked airmail: Express or standard available, information displayed at checkout.
- DHL Express; Express tracked shipping is available worldwide and for most countries arrives within 1-4 days.
- We are not responsible for customs taxes or VAT charges incurred.
Delays by couriers are possible, but rare and not within our control.
We are not responsible for post that gets lost in transit. All claims for lost post to be made directly to the courier which we will help with where possible. Please be assured that lost post is very rare.

FAQ's
Q: I ordered a custom / made to order piece. How long will it take to arrive?
A: It will take approx. 14 days for us to make. Delivery time is dependent on the method you choose. During busy periods (Spring/Summer) please order at least 2 weeks ahead of date needed by. Please let us know if your item is needed by a certain date at the time of ordering.
Q: How do I find out if you have a Sale or Promotion on?
A: Join our mailing list! Also, make sure you follow our IG @bohorose_1 for info including new in and promo codes!
Q: I made a purchase but a couple of days later a promotion started - can I get the discount on the items I already bought?
A: Sorry, no discounts can be backdated. You are welcome to take advantage of any promo with a new purchase to make a saving though!
Q: I returned an item, how long will it take to process?
A: All returns should be processed within 14 days, depending on how long your item takes to come back to us in the mail. Make sure you include a note with all of your details - we cannot process returns without this!
Q: Do you have a premises where I can come and try on Boho Rose?
A: Please see stockist info to check what might be near you! We do not have our own physical premises in the UK at this time, but we are planning some intimate pop up events where you can browse and try before you buy. For info, please sign up to our mailing list and/or follow our IG. There is also an option to set up your own private home shopping event - we will come to you loaded with stock. A fun night or afternoon shopping from your home with friends! Please get in touch for more details.
